Do you take walk ins or should I book?
Walk ins are welcome when a chair is free, but weekends and evenings fill up early. Booking ahead is the only way to be sure of a slot and of the stylist you want.
What is your cancellation policy?
Let us know at least a few hours ahead and there is no charge at all. For longer colour or bridal bookings we ask for a deposit, and we hold it towards your next visit if you reschedule rather than cancel late.
Do I need a patch test before colouring?
Yes, for any colour or chemical service we do a small patch test at least a day before, and again if it has been a while since your last visit. It takes a couple of minutes and it is the only way to catch a reaction safely.
How long will my appointment take?
A cut and blow dry is usually under an hour, facials run about an hour, and colour work can take two to four hours depending on your current shade and length. We will give you a realistic time when you book so you can plan your day.
